About Spotstar

Happy customers rarely write a review. Spotstar makes the path short: every business gets an individually designed NFC card that customers hold their phone to, landing directly on the Google review page. Spotstar replies to the reviews, looks after the Google profile with the owner's approval and analyses what customers write about. It costs €49 a month and can be cancelled monthly. Spotstar was founded by Luca-Matheo Rohrbach, who runs it as its owner. It is based in Frankfurt am Main. Spotstar is aimed at businesses in Germany, from cafés to tradespeople. The industry pages show which trades the card is meant for.

• No review gating. Every customer reaches the same Google review page, however their visit went. Unhappy customers are not intercepted. The background is in the guide on review gating.
• No ranking promises. We work on what Google takes into account for local results. Nobody can honestly guarantee a particular position.
• No invented proof. This website contains no made-up testimonials, logos or success figures. Examples are labelled as examples.
• Sparing with data. When a card is tapped we store neither names nor IP addresses or device data, only that the card was used.
• One price. €49 a month, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
